If it is a picture that it is already on the internet, then you have it easy. Just copy the URL and past it between these If it is on your computer then go to this site http://photobucket.com/ and register (takes about two minutes) and then log in and click on browse. Next find the picture and select it and then click upload. Once it is uploaded then scroll down to find your picture and by it should be a code that is labeled "IMG Code" copy that and paste it onto the forum. This is good because you can always have your photos online.

Alternatively you could go to http://www.imageshack.us and just upload without registering.

If you want to post a picture or your desktop or something then press prt scrn and open up a paint document and paste it in, save it, and upload it to the internet.
