Frequently asked questions:

WHAT DO ORDERING WINS MEAN?
For example if a person is to order 5 wins. The boost can go as following 5 wins 0 losses, 6 wins 1 loss, Etc. For some situations if a person is to order 3 wins, yet the booster goes 6 wins 6 losses but gets an overall gain of +75 LP then the boost is complete. For each +25 lp it is equal to 1 win due to the time invested by the booster.

WILL YOU CHANGE MY RUNES OR MASTERIES?
Unless you're firmly against us re-arranging your runes and mastery pages, we will help optimize your setup to work with the champions you own. We will be sure to ask before making any changes to your account.

WILL MY ACCOUNT BE SAFE?
Yes, accounts are 100% safe, we have employees who reside in the US, Australia, Canada, and Europe that will pilot your account according to your region so there are no IP conflicts. You will also be contacted before our employee logs into your account to ensure your gameplay is not interfered with.

WILL BOOSTING GET MY ACCOUNT BANNED?
While boosting is a bannable offense, not one of our customers has experienced any repercussions from being boosted. We never advertise our services on your account, nor do we let anyone know that you're being boosted. Riot has no other mechanisms in place to catch boosters other than the tribunal; so no one will ever know if you don't tell anyone yourself!

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept PayPal, Runscape 07 gold and bank transfers. If you do not have an account with PayPal, registration is free - you can also pay via PayPal's secure checkout form with a credit card. If you pay with a credit card you do not need to open an account.

WHAT ABOUT MY FRIENDS LIST?
We stay completely silent while on your account and only chat to communicate with teammates in game. If friends contact us, we will not respond as we keep ourselves yellow-balled during a boosting session.

HOW LONG DOES BOOSTING TAKE?
Boosting time will vary based on how much points you need and where you are with your current rank. It's not uncommon for us to finish smaller jobs in less than a day (100 Points), but based on factors we can't control (teammates, opponents, trolls, your schedule, etc.) we like to provide a completion window as opposed to a firm completion date/time. We will gladly provide status of your boosting via Skype.

DO I NEED TO OWN CERTAIN RUNES/CHAMPS?
Nope. We've boosted accounts that were brand-new level 30's - they were still using basic runes and free-week champions! Our employees are professional gamers who enjoy a challenge, so rest assured they will get the job done with whatever your account has to offer.

CAN I PLAY RANKED WHILE MY ACCOUNT IS BEING BOOSTED?
No. Once you've hired us to boost your account, we plan the time it takes to win ranked games based on your starting Tier and Division. Playing ranked when we're not using your account will disrupt our schedule. You are, however, free to play Normal games when your account is not being boosted.
