Reporting a scammer

Reporting azerole for scamming me, i sent him 80AUD and he did not deliver info, i opened a dispute on paypal and he claimed he does not know what i am talking about, will post picture proof
Pictures of skype chat with him, its taking him long to complete the trade and when i finally ask about it he removes me

He pmed me asking for my skype then added me i dont have this pm anymore when i cleaned my inbox of full conversations with all the people offering me accounts :Ss
