leanbean901 mad with warnings?

Today, i've received 2 warnings from leanbean901, both in which I feel unfair.

The first one was a post on a thread regarding mods in the chatbox. I replied to the thread saying "I support this" and leanbean901 removed the post and gave me a warning for spamming. Although, I supported the thread, so what more was I to put? Theres no point repeating what he said in the title, "Yes I think there should be more mods too, support"

Secondly, I was attempting to buy a service off a guy with 28 posts and 0 vouches. The guy refused to go first and refused to use a middleman under any circumstances. I then posted on the guys thread saying "trade with caution, wouldn't use a middleman or go first' and leanbean901 gave me another warning for "Please don't accuse of scamming without proof. If you have proof post it in the report a scammer section. ".
Well, mr leanbean901, firstly I did post proof in the scammer section, and I posted titled "Potential scammer" requesting a TWC, and also I didn't once say he was a scammer on his thread.

As for the first thing, I see people posting "Support" all the time, primarily staff. Therefore why should it be a warning to us when staff can do it? Shouldn't staff be an example?
Anyone else had any problems like this where they feel the warnings/post removals were unfair?

Also- Please do not delete this thread, it's an open discussion and feedback.

    leanbean901 mad with warnings?

Why? Can you explain, the first one, I supported the idea, therefore I posted "I support this", and the second one, not once did I deem him as a scammer, and I did post a report.

    What's wrong with that?

The first one is valid. I support = spam.

The 2nd is iffy. Just make sure to include proof inside your post on their thread

    Mods can write "support" though?

As for the second one, I was letting people know to trade with caution as he refused MM/to go first with no vouches, or posts? I'm trying to help the community and i'm being punished for it. I did all the right things

They're both warnings, one was from the 19th, one from today the 20th. Both were valid and for different reasons. I could have infracted you but I gave you a warning instead.

Which is why I linked you to the "suggestion" section rules, which are different from the "pardon" section rules.

Refusing to go first or use a MM isn't a valid reason for a TWC, therefore there is no reason for you to flame the users market thread saying "he wouldn't go first TWC".

Does this include the report a player section?
I see mods 24/7 writing there "support", if it's spam then no matter where they shouldn't be allowed? It's a bad example to everybody else, including me, hence the reason I was warned for something I saw a moderator do.

Also that isn't flaming, it's telling the rest of sythe about how my potential trade with him went, also letting them know he won't use a middleman, therefore to be careful. Not once did I state he is a scammer.

    For the first one..

This is very clearly a violation. If someone else (even a mod) did it, shame on them for not leading by example but it still doesn't give you the right.

For the second one it is really debatable, you would have been better off having the proof in the same accusatory post mainly to avoid the confusion of the situation happening that happened..

Thirdly - This post alone is a violation that you could be infracted for.

    http://www.sythe.org/feedback/1245095-unhappy-infraction-you-received-read-me.html

The stickys are there for a reason, you really need to read these if you want to avoid future infractions.

EDIT: Didn't realize til now these were just warnings, that is really nice of Lean to give you a warning as it does not go against your account in the same way as an infraction. That is him pretty much saying, "Hey bud, these things are against our rules here, please check them out so this doesn't happen in the future, I see you are newer here and it would suck to get (temp)banned over something simple like not following the rules correctly".

The "I support" is clearly in the rules as spam. Lucky you didnt get an infraction…

Accusing of scamming without proof is also against the rules, spamming peoples threads with shit like "trade with caution" or so and so is a skemmer type shit falls under this rule. If it doesnt you are atleast spamming.

http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1723779-reporting-potential-scammer.html let staff decide who to "trade with caution" . It looks like a request is already in the works.
Seriously you should be thanking mr bean, by my count you dodged 2 surefire infractions

    Lenientbean420

(Not trying to be a dick OP, I see other people say "I support" all the time unpunished but it IS a rule. Also refusing a MM is shady af.)

Both of those warnings were warranted. Also, they're just warnings, they don't affect you negatively in any form.

    "Support." can be considered spam.

For the second one, proof is needed when making an accusation of any kind. It's nothing new.

I didn't accuse him of being a scammer once, you're all missing the point.

It wasn't an accusation, also: I provided proof on the report a player section where I was told to previously when something of this sort happened. Which was followed up and TWC'd by Unb4nn3d

We're posting support/no support in dispute forums. Not suggestions. I support is counted as spam, you broken 2 rules. 1) Ignoring stickies 2) Spamming
Acussing someone of scamming /sketchy behavior with JUST WORDS is considered as acussing of scamming without proof.

I edited the post to reflect it was warnings, you seem really defensive, take a step back and take the stuff to heart, they were warnings because Lean cares enough to show you the correct way to do it before getting in actual trouble for doing it.

I do understand that you cannot post without proof, but in all honesty, I did, I just forgot to add it to the post on the guys profile, although I did link it to the guy so he saw it himself.

Secondly, the reason I made this thread was because my warning was because "I accused somebody of scamming without proof, and didn't make a report a scammer thread", which is both wrong as I didn't accuse him of scamming, and I did make a report a scammer thread requesting a TWC.

The reason it annoys me is because I am getting PM's saying i've received a warning when I'm trying to help and benefit the community by letting them know to be careful with a particular guy. I didn't say "this guy is a scammer" I said "be careful as he refused to use an MM with no vouches". IMO theres no harm in this.
