Rise of the adc.

 

I personally love skarner and the idea of him but I think changing his passive was a mistake. His ult is too underpowered gameplay and the only positive to that was the cooldown with his passive which is now gone.

 

Im sad about Lucians W It didnt even do that much damage before and they reduced it to 3 ....

 

tbh it doesn't affect lucian as much
his w is mainly for early game poking and proc'ing his passive :3

 

Lucian was the most highly contested pick/ban ADC throughout all this years LCS/OGN etc.
