Ozeki6 setup ban +fake proofs + not enough proofs

fake proofs : first of all my skype is : ozeki666 ( you can see in all of my threads ) the skype im reported for it's ozekl666( It doesn't match ) http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=dync5y&s=8
The reason I pmed the guy is because im a bsgp seller ( check my threads) and he opened many threads with buying bsgp ( wich i know its illegal , look at his threads )
not enough proofs :
I sent him pm's because he made threads with "buying bsgp" ( He made like 5-6 and I think that it's illegal too ) and I pmed him 1-2 times because I wanted to see for how much is he buying. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2ce28hx&s=8 - i was reading this then I clicked on pic and I realised something very important :http://i57.tinypic.com/2502snk.jpg ( the picture from the conversation ) it's a picture with the scammer pretending he is me showing his stock in ikov , it does not even say it's me " ozeki6 on sythe " it says it is "cranalogic from sythe" wich it means he did not even checked and the second think I realised it's that the guy " cranalogic " from sythe it's on of the guys I get banned for scamming : you can check on my threads I cant show you because I dont got an acc to check it but it easily to find while you check my threads .
Before seeing that i thought that this guy got scammed but after I saw that I changed my mind . Let's see more : http://oi58.tinypic.com/25ga0pj.jpg In this part you can see that he is not asking for a pm the scammer just gives him a link with my vouches pretending I have 50+ but I have under so I assume that the scammed guy did not even checked the vouches ( keep this in mind , it's important).
I was thinking how he could add me since I did not pmed him my sykpe and my skype is on all my selling threads ( Ozeki666 not ozekl666) and how I could add him if He did not pmed me his skype , so I asked him to send me a picture when He pmed me his skype ( I was thinking that i got hacked and some1 deleted my pm's) and he refused and he raged at me : http://oi58.tinypic.com/o56ejk.jpg
He tried to make me refund him by pming me on sythe ( you can check in my acc because I cant because im banned ).
So conclusion :the skype was fake
he did not asked for a pm before trade
he raged at me and told me many times to refund him
He did not even checked when the guy said 50+ vouches and I had under 50
The guy sent him a pic without saying " ozeki6" it says "cranalogic" a guy who I banned 1-2 weeks ago from sythe ( check my threads )
And the strongest proof it's that he could not contact me since he did not gave me his skype and he talked with some1 called "ozekl666" on sykpe and this is strange .First I thought this guy was scammed but thinking he added a skype without getting a skype pm , the picture with "cranalogic from sythe" guy i banned him , not checking vouches and not asking for a pm , I think everything was a setup , Im not thinking anymore that he even got scammed. I got enough proofs + i can provide more if you need and I think I was banned without enough proofs , fake proofs and i'm pretty sure it was a setup.

Looking at the report it seemed quite strange and I noticed the Skype didn't match. Then I read your story here, which makes sense of what I saw in the report.

The person was scammed by an imposter.

Requesting an unban.

Screenshared with both some time ago and Skype IDs didnt match. However be careful with PMs next time, Ozeki.
