People don't seem to be grasping the title, THE ACCOUNT MUST BE AT LEAST 50% TO MAX!

 

Say the total experience you're looking for. It might help

 

Then make what you want clearer. A MAXED account is one that is 99 in every single level stat. If you're asking for AT LEAST 50% of a maxed account then the total level WOULD be 1138+.

 

*facepalm No it would not, half way to max is measured by the amount of time left, 50 in all stats is like 1% to max, not half way....

It is rare that an account with less than a 1900 total is half way to max as people tend to level fast stats first.
