Looking for a car in the 10-15000 Euro range.

    Heya Sythe,

Lately I've been looking at some cars, And I've stumbled upon the BMW 7-series. The 750i or something arount that.

It's around 12000 EUR with all the books and maintenence papers with it.

My question to you is, Is there any car that could beat the BMW's luxery mixed with it's performance? ( Which is what I'm looking for ).

Also is it true that a BMW 7 serie could cost over 400-500 EUR a month? Isn't that ridiculously much?

    BTW I'm looking for a car that's:

    - Within the budget or something I could pay monthly.
    - Good performance, Doesn't need to go 260KM/h but I'd like a car that pulls up well and drives very well and comfortable.
    - Sedan, Or maybe a coupe or w/e that looks like a Sedan. Not too long that it looks like a twix bar though.
    - 4 doors
    - LUXE I'd rather drive a luxe volkswagen then a cheap BMW. Since I live in a country where you'er not allowed to have a sprotive driving style anyways I'd rather have a very comfortable and luxe car. Just like the BMW-7 serie.
    - The way the 7 serie looks is just amazing. It's basically the best car I've seen for my description yet. However a official site says it would cost est. 500 a month. Which I could never pay.

Thanks, If you need more info just post!

No offense but you'd be better off asking on a BMW enthusiast forum for specific details. The only people that own beamers here, drive their parents' vehicles.

Well personally I own a sportive driving style car after mods. I can tell you that 500$ is reasonably what you should expect to pay for a BMW. The maintenance is pretty high if you want to maintain your warranty. Unless it's post warranty if it is then the maintenance decreases because you no longer have to service it at overpriced BMW certified shops.

500 Euro which is like 650$. Anyways that's half a thousand a month for a car.

Well, I'm afraid I'm not going to be driving a BMW then. Any other cars comparable?

    Lexus, Mercedez-Benz.

The new Skoda's aren't too shabby if i'm honest, since it's pretty much a Volkswagen under the bonnet.

Well if your #1 concern is luxury and you don't care if you look like an old woman nissan maximas are comfortable stock.

Problem is these come with a hefty price tag for maintenance like a BMW if you don't want to void warranty. Also replacement parts are $$$.

Have you looked at a 7 series? They look unproportionately long and ugly.

If you insist on getting a BMW sedan, buy a 5 series.

BMW's are the worst for expensive parts. I work in car parts.

Hmm that Nissan doesn't look bad if it's for sale for a good price. I've always been obsessed with BMW I just love the way they look and my dad has always driven a BMW.

I might just buy a 2000 euro car and save up more money that I could add to the monthly rent. That way I'd have a way nicer home to come back to daily.

However I'm in the army and I'm not home that much. So dilemmas everywhere :(
