Portugals Fix - Drugs

Well i found this video on the recommended tab of youtube.

I used to smoke 12+ joints per day when i had 16 years old, now im 19 and i rarely smoke, about once a month/2 months

I never did hard drugs.

(I've been to the 1st step of this system that the video shows, where you talk to a psychologist.)

This shows the actual situation of portugal, what do you guys think about it?
