He wasn't permed so his ban evasion as it states in the rules should only be a week ban.

 

What was his original ban for?

 

His Skype was hacked or something.

 

even though he refunded me, i lost about 6m value of the acc and 9m worth of supplies. I was just happy to get my original 10m back that i paid him upfront.

He still hasn't sorted out his issue with the other party involved with his 2nd incident.

 

But once he does he shouldn't have to pardon.
