LeBron James Future?

Think he'll stay at Miami and try and get Carmelo to join up with them? Or do you think he'll go elsewhere with his talents?

It'll be interesting to see. Something needs to be done because of how bad they got throttled in the finals. Would like to see them get Carmelo, otherwise he needs to move on.

 

He will stay in Miami. I can't see any other team offering him the chance to win now like Miami can. The Cavs would be the only team I could think of. Don't see him going to LA, Kobe is never going to be elite again...and the rest of that team is a joke besides maybe Gasol.

I feel like they need to get more key role players like the Spurs did, whether that be developing guys they already have or getting someone new. I feel like Beasley can actually offer a lot, they need to get his work ethic straightened out and groom him to fulfill his max potential --- just like the Spurs did with Belinelli, Green, Mills, etc.

Melo would certainly help scoring, but I worry about his selfishness. They already have 3 superstar egos in Lebron, Wade, and Bosh. I'm not sure they could sustain a fourth, especially not with an average coach like Spoelstra.

 

I would like him at the Cavs. Got Kyrie Irving and some young draft picks up and coming!

Bosh has lost that superstar ego I believe so I'm not too worried bout that one. I do agree that Spolestra is just average and a new coach would better suit them.

 

The Cavs would certainly be interesting, and you figure Lebron would automatically have a great chance because the Eastern Conference is significantly weaker than the Western Conference. I think the finals really showed how bad the Pacers are that the Heat could absolutely blow them out yet got blown out by San Antonio for the last 3 gms.

It would also be VERY interesting to see Lebron versus the Heat.

 

The Spurs were just a really good team this year that had tremendous ball movement.

Who knows, I'm interested to see what others think of this

I think he will stay in Miami, they lost because they played like shit, they just need to regroup, make small changes and just learn to play better as a team. In my opinion they need a new coach.

 

I agree with you Busta. Spolestra is average, at best. Pretty easy to coach all-stars and look good.

 

I've heard the Sixers come up in speculation, now that would be interesting to see. An already decent core, a 3rd and 10th pick in this years draft, and LBJ? That'd be able to challenge any Eastern Conference team, I'd imagine.

And don't forget Nerlens Noel will take the court this yr as well.

 

They have zero chance of a different coach. They looked gassed in the finals and need a deeper bench.

I think he could head back to Cavs where Kyrie Irving is and a couple other young guys are and the #1 pick this year.

Have also heard the Rockets.

 

The Rockets would be good but man, I don't think Lebron wants to go through the West.

 

Who knows, LBJ, Howard, and Harden on the same team? That's Championships for years. And they were talking about Melo too.

 

They have Beasley which I think has great skills and potential and still young, he just needs better coaching, look at what Popovich did with Kawhi.

 

Yes beasley I can see being a decent scorer down the road which with wade ailing they need more scoring to take pressure off lebron or open it up for LBJ

 

Beasely definitely needs to fine tune his skills to bring any support for LBJ. He has a great upside so let's hope he develops!
