Draining Visa Gift Card to Paypal?

A few customers have been asking me about paying with Visa Gift Cards recently.

How can I transfer the funds from the Visa Gift Card to my Paypal account?

-I've heard of giftcarddrainer
but it doesn't seem to be working right now
-I can't link it to a new paypal account and send it to myself
(Paypal doesn't allow linking gift cards to your account)


Also, another question: How "safe" is it to accept visa gift cards as a payment method?
Can people chargeback or reverse the transaction with these?

I'm pretty sure PayPal let's you link prepaid credit cards to your account as I've done it myself

Boatswain showed me how to use a donation button to accept visa gift card thanks!!!

 

You can make an invoice under the request money tab for someone and that lets them pay with just a card, I'm not sure how safe this is though.

Can you please elaborate on how to do that? I've had so many problems with Prepaid visa's over the past couple of months. Would be nice to know how to drain them.
