Not sure about give aways though, but I'd assume the same would still apply.
If you are giving away, why not post the user/pass, or the requirements?

Its common sense right? He's not going to say yeah sure sell it/give it away be our guest as before they know it, a black market for tribot accounts will emerge with less people needing to buy VIP which will lose them sales.... Plz use some sense dude...
