scammer Connor9988 account recovered twice

Right I will make this as short as possible I bought an account of connor9988 for 15M to which mooey53 MM'd it all went great a day later the account got locked

Hello, sorry to hear that. I'll get the screenshot etc for you now, as far as getting him banned. High, as long as you can get the screenshots of the email being changed, locked account (screenshot the login screen when you've tried to log in) along with the "there have been recent changes to your rs account" email (pretty much jagex telling you that dan has changed the email etc himself.

That is the screenshots to which mooey sent me as you can see from the times this trade was done and completed connor9988 has then placed a comment on his old thread page to say the account is still for sale If you need any screenshots from the converstation with him to which I have tried to resolve this I can get them upload them as well.

And here is the email for jagex saying that my recovery was denied with the recovery details to which he sent me, Which I can send to staff member if need be

The account has be locked twice the first time him resolved it now I see he is still selling the account on sythe and will not resolve the issue

I tried logging in the account this morning to see if it was still locked and the password has been changed
