Okay, this is the last straw idk where else to post this but I really don't think this person should be a mod.

It all started when I made a report on chillzer1 for defacing an image (actually learned the rule after the Shall Skill incident. Chillzer1 posted this in sf: http://www.sythe.org/13580691-post12.html which is deleted I think but I still have a screenshot of it if needed.

My report was then denied by unb4nn3d.. I pm'd him to ask why it was denied and he replied with this:

I added him on skype to discuss it and this is what happened:

I brought it up the Chillzer thing with Entrr but nothing was done about it.

He banned me without doing any research at all to know that I was already pardoned for that.. I just think that was really unprofessional and he shouldn't be a mod.

 

He is a mod? When did this happen? I never seen him before in my life.

On the last round I believe and Chillzer1 didn't get any punishment for breaking that rule..

 

He is deliberately doing this in spite of his relationship with you. This is not professional and consequences should be made against him if he doesn't punish that user.

 

Albeit you are a massive faggot, pretty unprofessional response from unbanned - especially from someone who was so recently promoted.

 

Nothing will probably happen to unbanned but definitely not a good start to his modship. Makes me question as to why he's a mod if all he says is denied and can't give a simple reason as to why this has occurred. Maybe he realizes he messed up and just goes with it out of embarrassment?

 

Could have been a bit more helpful when someone asks you something at the very minimum rather than just brushing them off your shoulder.

Okay he is a spam faggot who likes to troll, doesn't mean you can treat someone like shit and ban them (accidently, acknowledged). That's the point being made.

 

I saw the screenshot as it happened. He did edit Abarta's picture without his permission and post it. Whether Abarta is a troll himself or not, Unbanned should have at least given a reason, even if he wasn't going to be banned for it. He did remove it quickly though - so maybe not a ban for the user in question, but Unbanned's attitude certainly was not great with the situation.

so on one hand you don't care if your picture is being reposted and used, but on the other when someone just takes just your headshot and pastes it along next to mod mark's (trollingly, not out of spite) then you're offended??????

 

He later said that it wasn't fair if he got banned because he didn't know and removed it quickly..

He has an April 2012 join date so I'm almost positive he should know..

Deleting it isn't an excuse to not get banned..

I dont honestly know enough about him to say whether he is a bad staff member but that WAS a dick move lol. Ideally staff would behave a bit more professionally.

I'll speak with Unb4nn3d and see what's happataining. In future it's probably easier/less hassle to PM a Global+ if you have a problem with a sectional's action and an Admin with a Global's.
