Yeah got to it last night.

 

I've always appreciated your firm hand on the staff team. I definitely miss your name in yellow but you've done extremely well as a global again (who would've guessed.)

I'm amazed at how you find time with the shifts you work to continue an active position on Sythe.

To be honest here, I'd like to see you as an admin again, although I don't think you'd want to be admin again.

 

FireZ I want to preface this by saying outright most of my feedback for you in the past has been negative, but your attitude has come a LONG way from when I first joined and the way you are speaking up for a fair pardon (even though you dont necessarily want said user unbanned) is downright impressive.

You've grown alot and i'm loving it. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Definitely got the wrong image on you. I thought you were powerhungry and abusive, but after the hattez incident I know see you as unbiased and you just wanter better for the site.

 

I'm impressed with the way you handle high-emotion situations professionally. You offer feedback when necessary, which is always short and poignant.

 

Not sure of you are saying that because Im a nobody amd you are being sarcastic or because I have always been fairly critical on feedback. Regardless its sincere and others have obviously taken notice. Either way keep it up.

I agree with Nod. You're crass and sometimes just downright unfriendly but you're honest and do work. I've criticized you a lot in the past, but I feel you have come a long way.

Still doing a top job and you did better as a global than you did as an admin previously, so you deserved another shot with the yellow title. Best of luck, keep it up!

 

Ive voiced it elsehwhere but its essentially this ^ . Heres to the leaps and bounds you made as FireZ the global transitioning to FireZ the admin.

Only advice this time is, when handling reports and disputes try to steer away from the infamous FireZ one liners. (Some) People put a lot of work into those and a little reasoning behind your decisions give us and the users in question insight and for those pardoning/disputing something to potentially work on.

Oh and please dont come through and rape and pillage SF when bored again!
