I am definitely not against a fair pardon

 

I'll all for fair pardons, but this isn't up for pardon. It's N4n0 call, a pardon thread doesn't matter.

You want to act all serious now but 10-15 minutes ago you were posting shitty memes on peoples apologies and pardons. Get your act together. Hopefully this gets sorted and he gets a FAIR chance not soley decided by the victims and his little flunkies.

 

He received almost all of the required supports on his previous pardon before it was squashed by n4n0, that doesn't seem like 99.9999% to me.

 

From what I know, he apologised. But hey, out of my control and Admins decision I guess.

 

Words can't even begin to describe how ignorant you are. You make up these bullshit claims, copy and paste page-long irrelevant state law nonsense, and worst of all, think you are unbiased and righteous. I personally don't see you as being an asset to the staff team anymore, you are inactive 90% of the time anyway... why not resign then?

 

Cute, I am so sorry that my sticking to traditional rules is ignorant to you! I never once claimed to be unbiased. I am just saying that being a veteran of the Sythe.org I have seen this type of thing before and this isn't how we handle it. Being a member of a staff team isn't following the crowd isn't making choice you think are right. I may be inactive from time to time but thats because I'm also working a job, and dealing with out stuff. Sythe is a part time hobby for me it's not my personal goal to become anything more than a sectional mod. But I am not about to resign just because staff is going through some miss communication we aren't children running the site. We will be fine, we are just adjusting to a few things behind the scene.

 

Why do you keep spreading the blackhat angle on Hattez, when n4n0 has said multiple times the real reason he was banned and it has nothing to do with that?

 

My goodness, how you like to dodge the bullet, beat around the bush, and repeat yourself.

 

The problem with that is that he knew the information to get that information was stolen therefore posting the "public information" was still obtained through blackhat activity.

 

Hattez never posted anything stolen. He found it in the public domain and he was not involved in the pictures, only posting Trin's arrest reason which was not found in her hacked e-mail.

 

Just because something is publicly accessible doesn't mean it is allowed to be posted here. That's like me running an eBay store with my address + phone number and someone in the SF finds it and copy + pastes it over. It's still personal info.

 

I think you missed the part where it was PMed to an administrator. There has not been any evidence that shows it was posted, only PMed.
