Seeking Pixel Artist

I'm looking to pay for a signature. RuneScape pixel art is what I'm after.

I'm looking for high quality, professional artwork.
I want the picture to be of a miner at the frozen waste with full black dhide, dragon pick, mining cape, ranger set etc.
Ice spiders/warriors/giants would be in the image as well. The player would be in the middle of performing the dragon pick special. This would be based off of 07RS.
