How they scammed: Sent payment, they blocked me off Skype.

Also I never asked if that was his skype, but I ASKED HIM TO PM me and he did.

It's not really conclusive. It could have easily been an impostor who got madzach to PM you, aka a 3 way scam.

You need a PM where he states his skype, or it matches directly the conversation at hand/trade conducted.
