Football (Soccer) Predictions - Who will win the leagues/cups?

Alright, I know the World Cup is only days away, but who do you guys think will win the top divisions next season? For me...

The Premier League - It'll be tight again I think. Manchester United will be interesting as they don't have any European football to 'distract' them but I think they will need a bit longer under LVG to stable. Chelsea/Man City look interesting in the transfer market already, and I think it'll be between the two of them.

The Championship - One of the 3 relegated teams. With Leicester, Burnley & QPR coming up last season, the leagues a tad easier then previous years.

The Spanish League - Real Madrid. I think this is the easiest to call bar the German. I think that now they've won the seemingly elusive Decima (10th Champions League) that they'll almost settle down a tad, and concentrate on the league more. Barcelona dangerous, but Atletico Madrid are being picked apart.

The German League - Bayern Munich. BVB have lost Lewandowski to them and replaced with Immobile. He'll be good for BVB, but not enough. No one can stop Bayern currently in that league.

Bundesliga 2 - Fortuna Dusseldorf, they're signing well. Rot-Weiss Allez.

The Italian League - Juventus. The league is in dire straights, it's so corrupt sassulo could win it.

 

No love for Scottish leagues?

Premier League - Celtic
1st Div - Hibs/Hearts/Rangers?

Are Rangers back in the 1st Division yet?

 

Rangers just won League One, and are in the Scottish Championship for 2014-2015. Then it's on to the SPL to hump Celtic.

Won League One with 8 games to spare.



I kind of hope Motherwell win the SPL but chances are slim. Rangers for the championship, they're my team so I gotta hope. Will be tough competition from Hearts.

 

Yeah, by the first Division I meant Championship.

It'll be hard for Rangers with Hibs & Hearts going down if I'm not mistaken? But hopefully..

I hate Celtic, would love to see Glasgow blue again. King Billy's on the wall!

 

Scotland:

PL - Celtic
CH - Hibernian

Germany:

BL - B. Munchen
BL2 - Greuter Furth

Spain:

PL - Barcelona
LA - Any of the following: Las Palmas, S Gijon, Murcia, Betis [provided one of the first 3 don't win this year's playoffs]

France:

L1: PSG
L2: Sochaux

England:

PL - Chelsea / Man City
CH - Chances are similar as being drawn from a random pot, anyone can win

Netherland:

ED: Ajax
JL: Waalwijk

Hungary [just cause I come from there]:

ND1 - Debreceni VSC
ND2 - BFC Siofok / Gyirmot

 

Furth are a very interesting shout. Came so close this year but Hamburgs away goal in the second leg was enough to keep them up. Will be close between them and Fortuna - I can't see Nurnberg or Braunschweig posing a threat after coming down.

Hopefully Feyenoord win the Dutch league, but I think you're right with Ajax.

 

The problem with Fortuna Dusseldorf is they are terribly inconsistent. They are a very firm team at home, but when it comes to being on the road, they are very much beatable. Will be interesting to see.

As for Feyenoord, I can see them getting a 2nd place above PSV / AZ / Vitesse, if they play well.

 

I live in England, but support Fortuna - and fly over to watch them a few times a season.

At the end of last season the manager had some time off sick, and Oli Reck took over, under him, Fortuna were superb. You're right though, we'd have to tighten up our away form for sure. Saying that, it's more Draws away from home than Losses, and if we can draw away and win at home, we're in with a chance. Been signing some good players also!

I honestly don't know too much about the Dutch league, but do much prefer Feyenoord to Ajax!
