[TWC] 1337SxL

Hello, I have recently gotten a TWC on me and I would like to dispute it. Here is my story.

4 days ago, I got scammed by the user theReality. I did not ask for proper confirmation on his behalf so I did not have enough proof that it was him that scammed me. I was really really mad because he talked to me as a very friendly person and I trusted him. Our trade was his csgo items vs me buying Ikov gold for him. I bought the Ikov gold through R2P's service and got it delivered to him. As soon as he got the gold he deleted me from steam and blocked me. Out of my anger I shut down my computer and the steam chat was gone, that destroyed all my proof of him. (The reason for me not delivering the gold myself is that I do not have RS account and it felt easier this way.)

2 days ago, I added him with another steam account of mine and tried to make him try to scam me again so that I could actually bust him and get enough proof to get him banned. He suggested the same method so I said alright. I bought $100 worth of RS3 gold from R2P's service again. I got all the information on where to meet to get the gold and delivered the information to 'theReality'. The problem started here, on Skype I had asked for more information on my previous order that was delivered to the same guy just two days ago, thus I believed that information would be given to me by Skype. But it did not happen that way, just as the trade was about the take place (I was on their web site chat with Jason from R2P) Jason told me that his boss was checking something about me. I said okay and waited for him to message me when we could do the trade. But instead I got the information on my previous order that had been delivered yesterday (the information that I had asked on Skype). Just as this happened, 'theReality' deleted me from steam and blocked me the same way just as he did the other day. First, I did not understand what had happened, Jason had done the trade without confirming on the chat that if he was trading with me. I had been waiting on that confirmation, because just two days earlier when I bought gold from them, they had asked me if I was trading with them on RS on the Skype chat. That made me crack. I had lost another $100 to the same person that had scammed me, while I was trying to bust him. This eventually gathered me enough evidence to get 'theReality' banned but I had lost more money. I got angry with R2P's service as well for not confirming the trade with me before actually dealing with it. R2P told me that I could open a dispute here on Sythe and make the moderators decide on the case. So I did. The case was looked to as a 'Report a Scam' case and I got a TWC for that. My reasons for posting that was not to get R2P banned or actually report him of scam. It was just the error that they had made which had caused me $100 loss. I did not post it in the Scammer Report section because of this reason. I respect every trustworthy seller here on Sythe and R2P is definitely one of them, it was just the way they did business that particular trade. I do not think that I should be titled to a TWC because I have not done anything wrong in this trade. I would like to state again that I have not reported a scam, but I have asked for a refund from R2P. I believe that my post was not clear enough, so I had to write this for someone who has not been in this particular trade to understand.

I do think R2P is a great service and I do not want them to be offended by my post. I am not asking for a refund for my first $80, that was my very own fault. I am not trying to prove that R2P scammed/tricked me. All I am saying is that they have made a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, maybe I should not have tried to bust the scammer, that would have saved me a lot of time and money, but he kept posting on Sythe and I could not take it. The only trade that I am concerned about is the second trade that was made.

PS. I have apologised from R2P as well because of my attitude that day. However, I would like this case to be seen as it really is.

I think we can reverse this TWC. The user clearly shows in the Imgurs that R2 had welcomed a dispute firstly. And that there was just a miscommunication that OP felt was unfair secondly. I don't think he ever claimed the gold wasn't delivered, just that the trade didn't go how he specified - which has no bearing, obviously, but I don't think it's sketchy at all.

I'll remove the rank if nobody disagrees with removal.
