Anyone who have successfully used localbitcoins.com ?

How much is the fees for you to send BTC to others on it?and how much max?

How safety is it?

The fee's are negligible, if you look at the info section of the website I didn't quite understand the specifics but from 0-1%.

In terms of safety I'd treat it like meeting anyone online, meet at a coffee shop or somewhere very public for the transaction. Hand over the cash once the BTC have been sent. Don't bring too much cash, etc.

 

There is a lot peoples being scammed over Localbitcoins.
Google it by urself and understand the risks.
Just like everywhere,watch out who you are trading.

 

Depends on what Payment methods you use I've heard that Localbitcoins doesn't always understand WU transfers (they always use escrow) and puts it in favor of the seller of the coins. I've done IRL meetups before just make sure to meet in a very public place. I set mine up as $500 minimum $20,000 max, Bitstamp +10% and got 3 $500 trades and a $1,000 trade in 3 weeks. Obviously this depends on sellers in your area though.

 

I use localbitcoin, but I don't use their escrow or wallet system.

 

I doubt you'd get very much business since you live in China.

 

If you live in China it might not get you much like stated above. Give it a try, though

ive used them, but you have to understand the risks involved. you can buy a counterfit pen at office depot for like 5 bucks

if you do that and only deal with cash. you can make some money on there
