How they scammed: I agreed to go first for 70m increments, I traded over the 70m, gave him my pp email, and then he said "sec3" and went offline on skype

1. Right after he scammed me he edited his thread (http://www.sythe.org/runescape-private-server-markets/1720172-buying-bscape-gp-paypal.html) to "nvm i quit" and now he has changed it back to his original post again.

2. A quick user audit shows he has 2 other sythe accounts:

None of which are banned, but if i remember correctly it is againts the rules to have multiple sythe accounts?
