Reporting Basics for Mischievous actions and possible fake bidding

Basics contacted me with regards to knowing my names list. He decided that he was interested in a specific name so he inquired about its price. I told him that we could negotiate and told him I was aiming for 100M eoc. He offered 7M 07, I declined.

Today i messaged him (not even 24 hours later)

I asked him if he thought about offering more. He replied saying he would give me 55M eoc. I accepted that offer, and he was startled and couldn't believe that I had accepted that. He then proceeded to tell me he had to swap 07 gold to get the 55m and he needed a bit of time. I asked him how much 07 he had and he replied saying 3M. (There's no way 3M 07 would convert into 55m eoc) After confronting him about that, he said he had more money on another account, enough to cover the purchase. He then failed to respond since then. here is the conversation:

In conclusion I am under the impression that this user has added me with the intention to find out information as to which names I am selling with the intention to intercept with my customers' experiences with their name transfers (this user has already recieved a TWC because of that).
