I would do a detox before any major regimine. You can look at Advocares 24 day challenge or just drink a lot of water and eat fiber for a couple weeks to shit it all out of your system.

I really recommend that.

 

Ephedrine will make you skinny as fuck dude. It completely curbs your appetite. Do some research. Wont make you buff but itll certainly get you "shredded". And you are from the states, its a controlled substance felony here with good reason. JS this shit aint something you buy at GMC ...

My research is pretty good, granted I'm not exactly a subject matter expert...but I have a clue! Ephedrine like everything has to be taken in moderation. I mean if you're exceeding the dosage that's recommended you're bound to run into some seriously annoying/bad side effects. In moderation and using discretion you should be fine. By discretion I mean actively regulating your dosage if the sides are too intense!

In the case of abusing Ephedrine, you're going to sweat...a lot. You'll be very jittery, signs of tachycardia, restlessness, insomnia...etc! But dosage can be regulated so those sides are more than manageable!

Ephedrine "could" make you skinny as fuck...if abused, coupled with poor diet and exercise. That's like me saying weed will make you a degenerate bum haha.

GNC is a joke, the whole legal "supplement" game is a joke. They have these pro body builders who are obviously on the sauce being their spokesperson. Knowing damn well they never used their overpriced "test boosters" to get to be the monsters they currently are haha. That's a different topic though.
