Olitza known scammer

This ban evader Olitza has been creating new and new account for ages to scam people.

He is already banned on http://www.epicnpc.com/members/292209-Welinkon for scamming.

Skype ID are the same

Didn't find ban reason on the site though but he has multiple banned accounts there.
