I've got a lvl 3 fresh from tutorial island that I'd like trained in to a pure.

The account will have starting items and 5m waiting for a trainer.

I can pay in PayPal, RSGP, WU, or anything reasonable.

I'd like to have levels trained to AT LEAST

Attack - 40 (60 preferred)
Strength - 60 (Anything higher is always nice)
Ranged - 70+
Magic - 60+

I will most likely only use this account for F2P pvp, but I would still like to have it quested accordingly. I've been off of RS for so long I don't even remember the quests I need/want anymore.
