Chargeback question

Some kid is trying to chargeback the 15$ he sent me in return for GP on a private server. However, he admitted on the dispute case that he bought virtual goods and PayPal exludes "Intangible items" from their Buyers Protection.
Does this basically mean that the kid lost the dispute already because of his own stupidity?

Is the dispute handled by PayPal? If so just bring their attention to that fact and you should be fine.

 

But they don't give seller protection either, if I were you, I'd show with screenshots you paying him and skype logs.

 

Call them up, everytime I sell RSPS related products I make them state in a note that they have already received the VIRTUAL goods, then if they try to chargeback, you can call PayPal and they will disband the dispute.

 

I'm assuming he claimed non-receipt or something similar, if that is the case and he wrote that it was for virtual goods in the dispute notes, then yes, you will win the case.

 

Do you know how he took it back? Un-authorized ?

 

Update: His paypal account had his moms address and name.
I googled for his moms email and sent her a nicely worded letter regarding his online activities, haven't had an answer but he hasn't written anything on the paypal dispute for a week so I guess his mom forbid him from using the internet, lol
