I just want Hattez to have a fair attempt at a pardon is that so wrong?

 

N4N0 is never on the TS and you and he are the only people that can check IPs? Anyone that's a staff member on the TS can PM a staff member on Sythe to do an IP check.

but do they do it? i have yet to recieve a pm from someone wanting me to ip check someone, and normaly im the only sythe mod on ts besides n4n0, who again is never acc on that ts. yes he may be idle in it, but hes not acc there.

so again, who is doing these ips checks?

 

So it's not automatic? So what you are saying is that there *MIGHT* be a possibility that someone could be in the TS server for 5 minutes without you PMing their IP to a staff member and receiving a response?

Hattez was never asked to join the TS to come speak to us. In fact, the first time Hattez joined the TS he instantly had an attitude and disrespected Staff. His actions were witnessed by many people in the TS at the time and in front of Sythe Mods. He was explained the rules & that he's not allowed to mute staff but he's more than welcome to join the TS as all ban members are as long as they don't stir up drama/cause problems.

Nothing was lied about regarding the name change & there wasn't a "cover up" to be made by me. The change occurred when zero posts were made on the account. N4N0 mentioned that in his post on his apology to the community, but regardless, N4N0 also told Sythe of the name change.

Take it up to Sythe since you don't agree.

Again, there was no cover up to be had here either. N4n0 made it very clear that since the information pertained only about me that I am in within my right to be notified of any information pertaining to me. This was not a leak of information when the information is about me. If it were information about you and then he shared that with me then that would be considered a leak of information.

I would like to make it very clear, Hattez has never apologized for his actions. He's tried to only justify them, cast the blame on us, make a mockery of the pardoning system and continue to lie in his defense. These actions by him have been witnessed by many people on the TeamSpeak and on Sythe. We do not have control over Hattez.

In closing, take all your problems to Sythe. So, go to Sythe before posting your baiting remarks because I will not be answering anymore of them from anyone. But, if you choose to post it anyway, go to Sythe for responses.

So your only response to the way that Hattez's pardon was mocked is to tell us to complain to Richard that his staff blatantly ignored the pardon guidelines and abused his power over all of those who supported the pardon before him?

How about you PM Richard yourself and tell him that Hattez's pardon was unjustly archived after the amount of supports he received in a short time? That would be a step in the right direction.

Yes, they do check them. Ziggily, Josh and James have been the most frequent Sythe Mods that could be instantly asked. Frenzy, if it was warranted, but there was never an occurrence at the time to ask her to check. I have asked N4N0 to check IPs on many occasions. Before you became Mod on Sythe, no one could PM you to check IPs, though, since becoming Mod there has not been any occurrences to have you check an IP. When/if a situation comes up where an IP needs to be checked, you will get notified, if you're readily available.

He apologized in his pardon. I posted on n4n0s feedback because as an admin he should know why he broke the rules and be able to justify it himself. If you want I can post it in regular feedback so everyone can talk about it since n4n0 doesn't seem to want to justify his reasoning. Also keep covering up your lies or making new ones, everyone knows your posts aren't true. You just said ips are automatically checked when they really aren't.

Also if.you didn't know him saying he was wrong is the equivalent to apologizing.
