You have to talk the NPC to be awarded the attack XP, as far as I remember.

 

You cant do MM without gaining Attack Exp, The Gnome Village and The Grand Tree end up giving you att exp

You only get the reward after talking to Bolren for TGV. There is a chance he just didn't fully complete the quests but I would also like verification after evaluating the chat bot text and its disparity.

 

My perspective on this would be that he probably did majority of the quest and it's just moments before being able to fully wield the scimmy.

I think he should just post a pic of his quests, with the HP showing on the top right.

Questions for the seller

1) Can u please post a pic of the MM quest on the quest page followed along with the 88 HP showing in the top right. Just use gyazo and drag the marker around the area so i can 100% determine it isn't a bullshit .

2) Personal related question, why make the change over to rs3 after all that work put into this acc? [I just don't feel like it was adequately explained in the main topic, i am not 100% sure if i am allowed to ask this kind of question on this thread]

this guys full of shit, you cant do dt without waterfall which gives attack experience, same go's for MM pre req's. The fact you also say it has torso and void is also suspect. Definitely needs mod verification way to fishy.
