It was recent, I killed a guy got dskim and gmaul when out of sudden I get frozen and tbed and rushed =/ kudos to the rusher who got 2x loot.

In the RS2 beta you could plant a mithril seed which would create a giant tree. If you did this in the bank, you could get to the other side of the bank counter with the bankers. People would think you then had access to the bank or could duplicate items. People would trade you GP, rares, anything of value really. Then you just laugh at them.

Back before the bot nuke, reflection was pretty much undetecable by jagex's bot catching sytem. The only way you would get banned was by botting stupidly.

As for getting a free year that one was actually pretty funny. This was in 2002. An account of mine was stolen from me by a friend who had gotten me into RS. He then sold my account via the recoveries (You weren't able to reset them back then) to hundreds of people. Members just came out and I got members on the account and not being 18 at the time had to use my mothers CC. My mother's name didn't match my email name and after a few conversations with Sir Mod Ian he lost his temper. "My mother" emailed them back and I got a personal email from Mr.Gower offering a free year of membership as a token of their sincerest appologies and for the trouble it took to get my account back.

Did the cash stack turn green back when you got it (the numbers) or was it still in the old days when it was all yellow?

 

i mined coal for a living, decided to try the pking out so i got 40 def. brought tele runes but i was cheap and brought a air staff. i was near the rune rocks and i tried to tele and i was so confused on why i couldnt lol. this was in classic.

 

Hitting a green stack, 1yr later I got like 2500x that lol.

 

My first ever 1M, I thought it was supposed to be "1M" so I was freaking out when it said "1000k". I was like wtf did I just lose money or something!? Haha I was such an idiot. Granted it was 05 and I was pretty young, but still. I was confused.

 

First PK after getting turmoil. That was the most rewarding kill I've ever gotten and by far one of the best experiences of my time on Rs.
