    Xbox One Strict NAT...

I wasn't sure if this belonged in Help & Request or here.. If this is the wrong section I apologize and hopefully it can be moved.

I moved about a week ago and until today, have yet to set up my Xbox One.

We got CenturyLink because it was the only available option where we are located and already, it's shit.

My package is 20mbps - currently 14.3/0.89 which, evidently, is not good enough to use Xbox on.

I watched a video on Port Forwarding and believe I did it correctly but my NAT Type is still Strict and I can't get it to change...

My CenturyLink is a modem/router PK5001A or some shit. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

    Enable uPnP on your router.

I managed to get the console to show as Open but once I tried playing a multiplayer game, ghosts - for example, it said moderate and everyone around me was skipping around.

Mine would sometimes do this, however you need to enable the uPnP on the router (universal plug and play). If this does not fix it for you and/or you still lag in game, you need to manually open ports for your xbox on the router. If you want to simplify it, you could use an ethernet cable to bridge a computer connected to the internet to the xbox. Thereby making the computer your xbox's wifi adapter... This will also allow the ports to be opened on for the xbox as a computer is recognized by the router more often than the xbox which usually will appear as "wireless device".
