Trying to Get Castlewars Tickets - Best Way?

Hello everybody, I'm trying to get a bunch of tickets on my OSRS account.

My initial thought was to just pay for membership for an account for one month and have that account play castlewars with me for a month and let me win each game.

Recently, Mod Pips said this about multi-log-ins, as the rules were just clarified to allow multi-log ins.

multi-logged accounts must not interact with each other to exploit gameplay mechanics, such as attempting to rig the result of a minigame. ​

My question is, is my plan of playing castlewars with only myself allowed? I take "rigging" to mean something that screws other people over, but with Castlewars I'm not really "rigging" anything since in any given game you must win or lose, and if I'm playing with myself I'll always win or lose (or tie) anyway.

Thoughts?

 

By reading that quote up there from Mod pips I strongly believe that it is exactly what you want to do that he says isn't allowed. Probably you would have a quite low probability of being cauhgt though

 

Is there a way to change the IP address of several windows so I won't have the same IP running on both accounts?

 

You can run one account in your computer and another one in a virtual machine mate

 

Hard for them to prove, you can claim you were playing against your real life brother and he sucks.

 

Got any suggestions for what to use? Never tried that before.

They can go as far as checking your IP, not much further without a full frontal investigation which I highly doubt they'll be doing for a simple castle wars boosting ban.

You'd get maximum a temp ban anyway.

 

PM me the amount of tickets you're looking to farm. I may like to work out some sort of schedule with you so I could be the opponent, drawing each game.

 

Aren't games 20 mins no matter what? So really you just have to hope you get on a good team.

 

ive multi logged so many times for things like staking boosts (duel cap) etc and ive never been caught. I honestly think that those rules are just there to deter people who have never cheated in their life to start cheating. They are like, never reinforced. Just a ploy to scare people to not try.

 

On RS2 there used to be castle wars boosting worlds whereby people would sit in games and just wait for draws all day - maybe the same sort of thing exists on RS07? Ask in the official 2007 clan forums, someone will know there.
