Account Recovery

Anyone else had trouble with recovering an account without a registered email? I've had four denied so far.

 

If you're the original owner you shouldn't have a problem if you have IP's etc

 

Just mention jagex your creation IP and every old password you remember, first password ever would help alot.

 

Is it actually an account you created?

 

You probably are not giving the genuine information than.

 

I've also been experiencing this.

I've tried to recover 3-4 of my old accounts from the 2005-2006 period and have had no success despite providing old passwords and other details.

I haven't moved house so I'm unsure as to why my appeals are being denied. Obviously my IP address has changed since I created the accounts but this doesn't usually mean my appeals should be denied.
