    Hello Sythe staff.

    Firstly I'd like to request that for the purpose of ease of communication that this account is not banned until a decision has been made in order for me to discuss any possible alternatives for a return, if possible, until a suitable punishment has been decided. If this isn't possible, I accept that and will communicate as a guest instead.

    Firstly I'd like to outline who I am, as from the start I have considered myself to be the overall manager of our group, as has all of the other individuals involved. I am the owner of the Sythe account BakeyRS, which was given a SRB after TeamTofu was reported for ban evasion after resolving past incidents. The TeamTofu account recieved a 2 week ban & TWC for fake vouching, but after this was lifted there was still a ban left on BakeyRS, which was what was reported & then resolved with it being changed to a SRB. (All links will be at the bottom of this post). Before Team Tofu, I used Sythe to purchase membership pins before bonds were introduced due to real-life monetary constraints. Back then I rarely used Sythe and I was not knowledgeable of Sythe's rules - I merely bought off highly trusted members who I was certain would not scam for such a small amount of gold. I have been a member of the Barbarian Assault community for a long time in RuneScape and after spending over a year talking every day with close friends I decided to put forward the idea of Sythe black market services.

    As we were a group of highly experienced individuals in the mini-game (All except worker #6 have top 10 ranks in the Hi-Scores, and all six of us have held numerous timed records) we felt we had an advantage when it came to selling our services - Less experienced sellers would take in excess of 4 hours to deliver a torso on an account, whereas we could do it in half that time, regardless of the stats. We used this to our advantage when we first wanted to build up a reputation at Sythe (Our vouches page can confirm that we sold a torso to an individual on a level 18 account within 2 hours which many would consider an impressive feat. (#18))

    When it came to making an account, none of us were regular users of Sythe and although I personally had read the rules at this point, I didn't understand any possible alternatives to sharing an account. This was a very large mistake and cause a raft of issues for both our group and Sythe itself, and also landed us in 'Catch 22' situation - We could continue trading and pretend otherwise, or we could turn ourselves in and hope for a good outcome and get back to trading as soon as possible. This is the breakdown of the account ownership:

    Worker 1: BakeyRS ('Owner', I am the only user with access to the email linked to this account. I know the recovery phrase. Only I have current access to the account & Skype and I have dealt with all account issues personally).
    Worker 2: Unregistered (Knows the email account but does not have access. Created the account as their IP was not registered. Also knows the recovery phrase).
    Worker 3: Unregistered (Has 0% access currently).
    Worker 4: Unregistered (Has 0% access currently).
    Worker 5: Unregistered (Has 0% access currently. Sells services on an off-site where this individual is not linked to TeamTofu).
    Worker 6: Max_Jojo (Has had 0% access since the temporary ban on this account, including Skype group communcation. Was recently unbanned on his personal account, yet I have tried searching & manually trawling through all the archive and haven't found anything on this).
    All of the other accounts linked via IP match are due to accessing Sythe in a public location, most likely my current place of education or could be due to using mobile tethered internet connections since December 2013.

    For a few months our team actively sold services up until our temporary ban for the actions of Max_Jojo giving a fake vouch. Nobody in the team had known that he had made the post until we were linked to the report on it, nor had he said anything about it to us himself. Max_Jojo had quit being active on RuneScape in general about a month before this happened and none of our group had any communication with him until November later that year. I first asked for the evidence before making a pardon so that I knew what had happened and I had confessed that the account was indeed linked to one of our workers. I then proceded to make a pardon based on this where I did not confess to account sharing on this account and I was just told to wait out the temporary ban, which we did.

    When we returned to Sythe we had a TWC and it was a lot quiter, so we attempted a couple of times to revive services but didn't really get anywhere. I then proceded to personally try and revive services here at Sythe a few times, with the most recent being over the last week or so, but I haven't had any success. I've recently been reflecting on the fact that I should have addressed the issue of this account originally being shared a long, long time ago. Every single one of these individuals are highly trusted within their own right and the rest of us would happily cover any losses incurred by their actions if an issue were to arise so it was never an issue to us when we operated on Sythe, but it was an issue to the Sythe community.

    So instead of looking into expanding into my own personal services on this account here at Sythe and getting the TWC removed, I've decided to come clean on everything in regards to this account in order to look for possible alternatives which do not have any cause for concern with the Sythe community. I have an interest in getting back into services here at Sythe, but I'd rather do them in as clean and honest a manner as possible with the correct procedures if me and my workers are allowed to stay here at Sythe. I accept that this will most likely lead to a temporary or permanent ban and I will be happy with whatever outcome there is.

    From this moment forward I will give complete transparency in regards to everything regarding this entire group's actions and I would like to hear all possibilities for when it comes to returning to Sythe as I have been unable to find any previous outcomes to this kind of issue.

    I'm afraid you'll have to post a new pardon and if it gets accepted your workers will need to make their own accounts. I appreciate you coming clean though.
