I'll trust you to decide whether or not this rule applies in this case. I've always understood it as one thread per user in the forum.

There's also "This is the name sales section. No name giveaways are allowed here."

While his title says giveaway, I suppose he's not really giving them away, he's selling for donations. That then wraps back to the single thread rule

RARE NAME GIVEAWAY THREAD

In an effort to bring more excitement to the names section on Sythe.org I have decided to launch a new thread called the rare names giveaway thread. Each week (or other week) I will post up a new competition for users to optionally participate in to earn a "free rare name". Some weeks will also have runner up prizes. Since this is the first week of competitions, there is an extended two days and will be runner up prizes.

THIS WEEKS PRIZES:

THIS WEEKS GRAND PRIZE
Rare Display Name: "Mutate"

Runner Up Prizes:
2nd Place - Display names: "Reroll" or "Throb"
3rd Place - Whichever name 2nd place does not choose.

THIS WEEKS COMPETITION: DONATIONS COMPETITION

How it works:

Each participant is required to make a donation to Sythe.org under my username (Folt). The participant who donates the most amount of money is the winner of the grand prize. two runners up will receive consolidation prizes for their generosity. In a situation of a tie/draw, the earliest donor will receive the higher ranking.

Prizes will be awarded the Tuesday following the competition ending in case there are an pending donations from Sunday (the last day of the competition)

For users who are unsure on how to make donations, do not hesitate to ask me how to do so.

Rules:

- Donations are 100% confidential until competition ends.
- Any amount donated qualifies as an entry. ($1 donated could yield a 3rd place standing!).
- After your donation is complete, PM me with your proof of donation. I will match your proof of donation alongside the added donation on my account. (This should be a screenshot which is pmed to me.)
- There is no maximum donation or minimum donation required. To make you feel better about your entry: all of the funds will contribute to a better overall sythe.org.

COMPETION STARTS: NOW

COMPETITION ENDS: SUNDAY JUNE 1.
Any donations made after 11:59PM PST on June 1 will be disqualified.
