As you can see MohtasaUnique says,
"There are two things that cannot be changed once set on these accounts:
Date of birth (set on account creation)
Security questions and PIN (once set)
These can be used to recover the account easily, keep this in mind when buying."

As you can see in Skype Chat when I asked him if hes the Original Owner and he says, "Yes" and so as an assumption you except since hes the original owner he had to have set the Security Questions and PIN to the account. As you can see as we talk through the Skype Chat about Security Questions and PIN you see that he says, "...I have never done before, but I can tell you that when I change the email to yours..." So already it seems sketchy. Also, he says he doesn't even know Security Questions and PIN so...the account is useless to me and anyone that buys it. Even though he could change the Email it would be useless since he can make another MLG Account and escalate a ticket and recover his account with the information he had with the Security Question and PIN if he knows it with MohtasaUnique Info and my experience buying another GB Account. Also, he says hes 100% rep and vouches in skype/sythe thread if you got to his profile and check he has no vouches so that is false information and hes ebay account has no Positive Feedback so hes 100% rep is invalid. So anyone looking to buy this account just be warned he won't give Security Questions or PIN. Just bringing everything back together to what MohtasaUnique said sums up this issue easy. Posted the EBAY GB Account hes selling just incase anyone interested about the account and want to buy be warmed.

Just this part alone GB Staff don't even ask for EMAIL only SECURITY QUESTIONS AND PIN as you can see so hes saying is invalid about recovering the account with an EMAIL

Nice catch, I banned the user for attempting to scam. But, I would like to seem him make a dispute trying to explain everything because what he told you doesn't fly.
