Taking into consideration the few quests and time you've put into range, you could comfortably list it at 80M+.

Edit: If you want to get the most out of it while selling it quickly, get b-gloves on it. You're gonna put a few mill in the prayer to get the gloves, unless you think you can do it with 31 prayer (unlikely).
