Have you ever gone to pick up $ at a western union and gotten questioned for what it was? What did you say, what was the amount, how did it go?

- Gift/Money owed
- $500-$5000 (multiple single transactions)
- Went fine

 

Never got questioned, $$ was from China, if they questioned me I would smack a bitch and get her fired for personal reasoning because that is illegal

 

I was given the weirdness stare, she demanded to know what I'm selling to china for 500$ or else she said the order would be cancelled if it sounded illegal. I got the cash but still a bad impression and it made me nervous as hell.

 

I had them ask if the money was coming from family, I said I got it from investing.

 

Afaik you don't have to tell them anything that money is completely personal and against their tos too ask. If this were too happen I'd report it or ask for a a manger, I've collected around $500 before no issues and no questions...

 

Depends on country. Over here KYC rules over their policy. I've been questioned multiple times. Must fun times where coming there frequently with a hangover collecting thousands of Euro's, then tell them you were selling credits for a game.
