Pyrokitty Scams me

He added me for a 500m bsgp trade (45$), He isnt trusted so i told him lets go in increments, i traded him the 100m (9$), and he sent 9$ on paypal, after that he says that we will have to do one big trade because his paypal will get limited if we keep doing small increments, so i traded him the 300m and we agreed to do the rest tommorow, after i traded him he stalled for about 5-10mins and then said "sent" and didnt send anything, then went offline, its all recorded, this scammer needs to be banned.
