Need a Php/SQL project done.

I have little project for uni that requires intermediate knowledge in HTML/PHP and some SQL (mySql using phpmyadmin).

The project is to create a little website which basically is a database of proteins.
I already have 70% of the code ready. I just need to add some enhancements to the code to be able to add a few more options/looks to the website

Some of the enhancements that I want added :

- I want the major functions and arguments of the code to be commented so that I can understand what each line of the code does.

-A search option that will allow searching for keywords (or anything for that matter) in the database.

-I want the content of the database to be sorted alphabetically in an ascending order.

-Some "design" issues to be addressed such as :
1) Title/Font/Style/Size etc..
2) Some formatting to the tables so that the content in the database looks nice
2) a Back and a Forward button.



I need someone who I can keep in touch with via chat.

Of course I don't want it done for free (as long as you insist to ). I can pay via paypal or skrill or whatever we agree on.
