OSRS Autospammer - In game now!

A new update to Oldschool Runescape adds an automatic spamming button, without the use of any client, bot, autotyper or whatever that can potentially harm your account.

This is great news for the players who play oldschool, but don't want their account to be banned for botting, or don't want their pc infected with potential malware.

Wow that's great. Jagex making some good choices.

 

That is one of the greatest update ever in Runescape. I just love the filtering if you're willing to find that glory, whip and many more items. But the downside as you can see in the video when he finds someone who're selling glories, you can see them in the chat but it is still difficult to locate them where they are.

Anything else, super update!

Agreed, but that's pretty much how it's always been.
It would be great if you could right-click trade somebody from the chat as well, but I doubt they'd ever implement that

 

Surprisingly good update, kind of shocked it took them 10+ years to implement something like this lol

 

I'm really impressed for once, so used to being disappointed with their updates.
This is a great addition to osrs

 

Great audition from jagex in my opinion glad to see their putting in greater planning into the game

Pretty much just like usual.
If you spam on crowded areas like the varrock west bank on busy worlds, it's fine and nobody is going to mute you.
If you use it on quiet worlds however it's still spamming and you probably will get muted.

That's what the guy in the video said, he's a pmod so ya

Filter>add the person by right clicking chat>filter chat to friends. Then you find their location

Sadly, it seems the 2007 community want another EOC, every update makes 07 more and more like EOC.

 

I thought this was very useful. But what limits are there on these new things that Jagex are releasing? Are they going to release Jagex AutoFighter 1.0 in the future? I hope Jagex really thinks through what they're doing.

 

Regardless of whether or not that'll work well, people will be spamming in the main worlds for a good while I presume.

Also, that devblog was released after this update. So nobody knew it was coming until then.
