Negative Paypal Balance, runescape scamm please help!

i have negative balance on paypal from runescape scam.
Is there any way to reduce this? or atleast not pay it? They have my home info and phone number ect... I read online where, someone was deducted 1$ off for every 3$ they added. I would like to do the same, because the amount of what I got charged back is $350. That's to much for me to pay, any thoughts/idea on what I should do and how I should do them?

I got chargebacked over $600 one time, ended up in $-400 in balance and PayPal kept on harrassing me to pay, never did. They won't do anything about it. I'd just say fuck the account and don't use PayPal, if you can avoid using it.

 

if you have a bank linked, they takt it out of there. not sure about card, but if you have a phone\adress, they send you letters\call you daily. its annoying, but it stopped after about 1 month of calls and i changed the adress on the paypal.

 

They will send it to a debt collecting agency and your credit score will go down.

 

Just delete your personal info from paypal and make a new one.

 

Yep, that's true, pay it off slowly than not at all. They will send it to collections and affect your credit score pretty good. Think about life, buying cars, houses, you credit will be affected if you don't pay this off.. Don't let $350 affect the decision of a possible $100,000 house right? Think man.

 

Unless it's serious amounts I doubt anything will happen. But it just makes sending/receiving money online a hassle in future if you need PP.

 

Take time to pay it. Gradually you will pay it off

 

I was -$170 and they sent it to a collection agency. And I was never allowed to use PayPal again.

 

Don't follow this advice! You'll get limited with a 3 month hold on any money you may have! And blacklisted from PayPal
