PayPal Error

We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now.

Yes - I got the dreaded error. What are some ways to fix it?

- My account IS verified
- My address IS up to date
- My phone number IS up to date
- My credit card has been verified and IS up to date
- My PayPal balance is high enough with out the use of a credit card
- It won't even let me get to the place to click 'send money' as soon as I put in the e-mail I want to send to, I get this error.
- They done a security test on my account last night and I DID pass it and received and e-mail stating that they have restored my account

Please someone, tell me how to fix this curse! All my money from eBay sales are on there.

 

I would recommend calling them straight away and explain the situation with them, ive had similar problems with paypal before ended up calling them over 5 times and they never did anything about it, so thats why i only use skrill today because their customer support is amazing and no problems but then again that wouldnt work for you and ebay

 

PayPal is just so much easier. Plus, my card is linked to a banned Skrill account *due to not showing I.D due to being under aged at the time of making it* so that is totally out of the picture unless they were to unban the account. Ultimately - calling PayPal does nothing: they just tell you there is no visible issue and send you on the way. Hopefully someone else has fixed this issue and I need some gold for prayer D=

 

Its paypal man sometimes sending payments online you cant do for some time, I had this problem a few days ago called them and they said either wait or send it from mobile app its because there updating the HTTP sending page or something like that.

 

Will try the mobile app now! Here is to hoping...

 

Annnnnd nope. Gah!! It has been like this for a day now. I guess it may just take time.

 

Go to resolution center and check and see if you are able to even send money sometimes it might now show your account being limited but it might be just check there if not just call.

 

I had a safety check last night which stopped me from sending money until I re-verified all my information. Once that was done - I should have been allowed to start sending money again (and I got an e-mail saying I can, too!!) and yeah: it is like the block is still on my account. I think a call may need to be in order.

 

This is probably the reason why your card is not accepted. It could be Skrill and Paypal both do queries in the same list checking on credit card number. For example take a look at the OFAC. it's hard to get on there but you probably deserve it. Accepting payments from your credit card are too risky and can not be dealt with.

I can almost guarantee that is not the issue. It worked fine until I received my first payment from eBay.

EDIT: I am also NOT using my credit card to pay - I am using PayPal balance.

 

I believe a new rule states that when you first receive money you cannot use those funds until either 21 days has passed or you have received 10 payments without any disputes. Thats only if this is a new PayPal account though

 

Not a new PayPal. I would understand the 21 day pass thing if it even gave me the option to send the money. As soon as I chose that I want to send it as services, it errors with out going to the screen to add a note. It doesn't even allow me that far. This is a common error with no "easy fix" from what I have seen so I think I will need to call PayPal tomorrow for them to probably tell me everything is okay T_T.

 

By the way - thank you everyone for there input and their suggestions! It has given me a glimmer of hope that this will be fixed soon.

 

Just went to send money again - AND IT SENT! It has fixed itself.. PayPal really confuses me! Thank you EVERYONE for your help!

 

it could also be a problem with the recipients paypal, try entering a different email and see if it allows you to progress then
