I'm buying a twitter account.
I'm not that concerned about the amount of followers, but I want it to have a good history of posts/statuses, etc. I.e. cant just be an empty shell with followers alone. This is why I'm not directly buying followers, as per the other posts.

It will be OPTIMAL that the account is about some sort of sport or recreational activity, or just have interesting posts.
