    Does PlayerAuctions generally have terrible service?

    I asked for a PayPal disbursement method change before a payment actually went through, I went through the process of getting it changed, and I got told by the customer service it's 'changed and not to worry', and what happens? The money gets sent to the wrong account.

    What fucks me off is that they can't be bothered to resolve this issue since IT IS THEIR fault. They told me the method has been changed and there will be no problems.

    It only gets worse, now I get ignored on livechat when I ask about it. I've tried using a different name and email and I make some bullshit up and they reply just normally, but when I ask about my issue all I do is get ignored.

    This is pathetic, technically I'm getting scammed by them; they lie to me by telling me I'll get paid SEVERAL TIMES on the new paypal account and I don't, whilst avoiding any contact with me to sort out the issue. I was to take this up with legal authorities but I doubt it'll go anywhere.

    Has anyone else ever had any issues with playerauctions similar to this?

    I haven't heard that sort of thing about PA, but I also am not a user myself and have not really seen someone with the issue you're describing. I would do what SellerMan said and contact PlayerAuctionsPR on Sythe - although I did see him mention being swamped with PM's lately.

    Of course their customer service is terrible, they hire a bunch of barely english speaking people from foreign countries/random people from sythe and expect it to just magically be good.

    Yes, really bad service, even if you email them it takes them 48 hours + to give a reply back, and this Ralph.. Really ignorant.. i also met him and he left the chat aswell. This is really unfortunate for PlayerAuction, Its great.. but the service, super and super bad. Not even gonna regret my words.

    PA isn't even an English/Western Company.

    Ignorance is Bliss.

    It's like saying If I went onto a live-chat of R2's, Divica or someones and was met by R2/Divica and I started speaking in Korean, or Mandarin. They would have no idea what I would be saying. Same logic applies.

    Yes, well versed English speaking customer support agents are definitely a plus to any online trading site, however, it doesn't mean it's a necessity.

    That is retarded analogy, I'm sure the majority of their customers are english speaking.

    If R2/Divica had 80% Korean customers, I'd expect them to hire someone who is very competent in speaking in Korean.

    If you go on the livechat they respond in english automatically, it isn't like the livechat is responding in Chinese and you're expecting English. Going on a livechat and having someone respond in broken english is unprofessional, and responding to your emails in the same manner is as well. If you're an English speaking person the customer support is terrible, so I don't know why anyone expects otherwise.

    Their website is in english, you would expect the customer support to know english.

    I have heard some bad things regarding customer support there, the PR guy here is usually helpful and seems to have a lot of pull in fixing situations.

    customer service is horrible regardless of the language barrier. there are no excuses for it.

    I'd rather they told me I'm never getting my money back and I got scammed, than ignoring me completely.

    yes ive had same issues, there site is awful, been scammed buying accs, also recently i went to purchase 600m gold and the buyer canceled & been 2 days still havent gotton my refund, there telling me itll be monday lol, so i have to wait 3-4days to get a refund on something that was canceled within 5minutes.

    Yeah the livechat isn't the greatest choice but I'm happy enough that Playerauctions is doing a great job. As everyone said try to contact one of the Playerauctions rep

    I'll never deal with PA again. Their customer service is like talking to a brick wall. If they still have a CC payment method through their site DONT use it. I'm almost certain they tried carding me after I didn't pay the BS cancellation fees, this was awhile ago but I remember it was some glitch with the system or the buyer not paying. I got a .99 cent charge on my card then directly after a $350 charge on the card I used there. They did the .99 to see if it would go through, luckily I have a good bank so they caught it. It was some fake hotel set up in the same area PA generally operates. That was the only place Id given out my card online, and I only used it for purchased in stores etc. Really sketchy, their customer support gets a 0/10 from me, and their email system (at least a year or so ago) was the same as talking to the people they had working online support. It was like they didnt even know English and they were given sentences to copy and paste. I'd never deal with PA again.
