    He gave me all information of the account and it seemed to be very clear and straight up to the point. His old skype that he used was Faintview, it looks like he recently changed to Mark Scythe. We met up and the transaction went very smoothed http://i.imgur.com/RBp0fQb.png. He linked me to vouches and since he was very high profiled I didn't need of a mm.     Next, before I continue I am willing to even have a moderator of scythe recieve all information of what he had given me to even try to unlock/recover the account it has been denied. I have tried several times. and Here are the links. http://i.imgur.com/qk5H9Ka.png

    I have contacted him several times recently while giving me weak excuses to help me recover the account such as information is on external drive for a computer wipeout, and even pmming him on scythe as grief that spending american dollars onto virtual currency for an account is unfair. http://imgur.com/dxQg5KH here is link.

    Next im going to show pm's from myself to mark with him giving me the same information from him when i purchased the account to use to recover/unlock.

    Mark is a high profiled account with vouches, If a moderator could inform him of the situation it would be great, because I do want him banned if this problem isn't solved. If it is then I do not want him banned. I want to grab his attention, that I spent a lot of time acquiring my real life money onto his account he was selling. He has showed minimum effort to help me. ( P.S. To the Moderators who have seen this post, I have added to the last paragraph to explain what I want if this problem isn't solved, and what I do want if it is not. If moderators can please send me a pm on updates on what is going to happen) Thanks :)

    This really isn't my problem at all. This account has been unlocked in the past when I originally obtained a few years back. Walter tried to sell it and let multiple people log on from multiple IPs which flagged down the account and suggested suspicious activity. Jagex just locks these accounts suspected for account/real world trading and it is very difficult to unlock especially from an IP different from the earliest creation IP. I expressed willingness to help but I have been extremely busy setting up a new computer and selling runescape gold. However if the account is really flagged down it is already hard to recover (Walter previously messaged me on skype saying that most of the account information was confirmed via email but Mod Jane refused to give him the account)

    Again, this isn't my problem. I give my word to offer a 5% discount on any other account he may wish to purchase.

    This is false I let one person on the account. On my reponse that I recieved back they clearly stated they needed earliest password creations. http://i.imgur.com/xHHnTkj.jpg
    Anybody can retrieve an account that has been locked or forgotten password by providing the correct information. Earliest passwords etc. The account also had recovery questions posted which were not given to me as well, which was a factor into me not receiving the account back.

    Regardless, I was told that original sellers should attend the buyers with account help if needed. Point being is as the dates provided above. There was minimal help over the extended period.

    Refused to give me the account because they were not the passwords/ emails recieved as well.
    In addition, if the account was flagged it would be posted on the return when the password change was denied or via inmail box.

    Mark as the account seller you should be assisting this user in recovering the account.
