Need Help with paypal [urgent]

I dont know where to post this, so i post it here.

So i went to my paypal today and i had received some money, i went to take a bath and all that money was negative.

30 mins later i start to be spammed with 1$ to 4$ usd payments to my account. Like 20 of them.

What can i do? Please help
I had 113 it turned in -113$ and now it is on -69,40$

 

All I could gather was you've been chargedback from what you've shared thus far.

Contact PayPal to see what actually happened (confirm), and then process to fight the disputes, if that is the case.

If they are unauthorized chargebacks, you may be SOL.

 

Sellerman's tips will work, if you don't know where to look, you can also always call up paypal and try and have them help you

Call up paypal, and say you don't know anything about the load of small transactions, but that you did receive the bigger payments legitimately.

Are they all from 1 person?

 

Whether he received them legitimately or not, the chargebacks are unauthorized. I.e, the sender will win regardless if the unauthorized claims are legitimate or not. I'm guessing he (the sender) used a proxy/stolen paypal.

 

So there's nothing i can do?

Being from 1 person with 2 names is never a good sign.

To put it in simple terms, you have about 90% if not more chance of losing these cases.

Sounds like someone's PayPal got hacked and you were sent a whole bunch of small transactions that would 1) make it difficult to file disputes on all of them 2) make the victim lose money. It's your fault for trying to cash out money that was never yours in the first place since you didn't sell anything for it.

Just wait for the cash to hit your bank account and then transfer it back to cover the negative costs, no harm to you.

 

The thing is that i didnt cash out.

So you must've spent the money. It doesn't make any sense that if you start at 0, and get sent 113, then chargebacked 113, you would be back at 0 again. You must've spent some of the money you earned, it doesn't just disappear. However if you lose the unauthorized claim cases, definitely call paypal. I had a situation where paypal personally gave me $30 because i bitched at them.

 

Any update? Also they're correct you had to have spent the money because you don't lose twice the amount of money without spending it. 113-113 doesn't equal 113-226. Which is how you would've gotten -113.

 

Yeah this doesn't really add up, I would call paypal, an email will take too long and you have more answers needed than one email can give.

 

does seem suspicious. never heard of this before...
