it takes about 800hours for str 99 and 55slay
+ quests and other stats and shit

i think that 13pray is better than 1 pray since you only gain 2-3 cbs for 10% higher hits. if you gain 2-3cbs with str you wont be able to hit 10% higher. maybe like 4%.
