Varus is a ban evader impersonating himself

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
Along with their similar join dates, they both own the name "Tombstone" on the league of legends NA server. Skillshot pmed me before asking to trade that name for mine, he's now banned and I notice he submitted a pardon/dispute? Varus told me that he created that name and kept changing his story about how he got the name Tombstone. I think it's safe to say that they are the same person?

He could have bought the account seeing as they have had conversations over skype. We'll need more proof of them being the same person in order to ban him. Thanks for the report .
